bottles are for a sink / basin so they are hidden by the pedestal and you can unscrew the bottom to clean...all you need is a cheap p trap, normally shallow but hey if you got plenty of room and you want to live a little, go for a deep one!
If the bath waste pipe is shared with a basin or something else you would want the highest trap to be a vented one to prevent gurgling noises and possibly loss of waterf rom the trap by suction. Same if the bath waste is long, to stop it being sucked dry.
