send me the information that how we can select a particular MCB having a ampere rating as well as the number of poles.

I posted a very usefull guide to cable calculations in the reference section, why not use it. Theres more to selecting a MCB than you thought. The sole purpose of the breaker is to protect the cable, so if the cable has a MCB protecting it DON'T INCREASE ITS RATING!!!

Go to the website of the MCB manufacturer that you wish to use.

You will find full product details to allow you to select the one you need.

Just don't ask us how to install them, the regs seem a bit more relaxed in India icon_confused.gif
