OK Men,but look, how come it takes six to eight weeks for a turn off, but just three weeks for a temporary turn off......providing it is not longer than 28 days?????

I just don't think they know how to do it.

It's wierd. One method takes 6 to 8 weeks, the other 1 to 3 weeks, but only for a max of 28 days????? One costs a fortune, the other costs......a fortune....one team digs? one team disconnects? one team connects one meter? one team connects supply? one team reconnects to house (providing less than 2 meters).

Builder is held up like nobody!
