noisy double glazing

Hi all,

I have double glazing throughout my flat but my balcony door and windows seen to let far more noise through than any other windows - is there anything i can check / fix to stop this as they are in my bedroom and the noise levels are effecting my sleep.

May need a new rubber seal, you can test this by pulling the handle of the window toward you with the handle and see if it does make any difference.
