insulation between floor joists.

building a extention and aquired some insulation slabs 70mm thick with a sort of paper backed ..is it ok if i cut them to size and put them between joists that are my new living room ceiling and the new upstairs bedroom, is there a risk of condensation?

no problem just bear in mind that part of the heating of the upper rooms is caused by heat rising through the floor.
