If you can draw in all three cores and not exceed the conduit capacity then yes, but conduit wiring is unusual in modern domestic installations.
But do you mean trunking? (rectangular, surface mounted, with a lid) You shouldn't overcrowd trunking, but if the cable fits in easily there should be no problem.
Or capping? (galvanised or plastic nail-on covering, to be plastered over) If you've chased out the wall and you just want to run your cooker cable alongside other circuits then this is fine.
