hi there
sometimes after using the machine on a hot wash you get a really bad smell from the drum, is there a way to clean the drum or could it be down to a blocked filter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Put 1 aerial tablet into the drum. No laundry. Set it to the hottest wash and let it run through. As you may not have done maintenance washes before it may take a few of these before the build up of old soap and rotting body fat are disolved. The smell is caused by bacteria breeding and living in the gunk and when you do a hot wash with laundry in it strips away a little of the rancid gunk, thus allowing it to smell. The aerial tablet has a high bleach content and this kills the bacteria. Please don't put bleach directly into the machine as it can rot the hoses and door seal.
