Do I need to grout my floor tiles? I want to lay my tiles flush and so don't want spacing or grout in between them to ruin the effect. Can I do this?

no. the grouting helps to "lock in" the tiles and is required for strength not to mention hygiene. a minimum of joint is required for any discrepancies in size.
