Our hoover wm60 appears to have died. It is taking in water but not doing anything else if I advance through the programmes manually it will pump the water out again but obviously the clothes have just been dipped in soapy water not washed anyone got any ideas

I've just had a look and it's a hotpoint not a hoover idiot that I am but in my defence Julia doesn't normally let me near it unless it goes wrong (thats my excuse anyway)
