I've just purchased a 1930's house with original oak parquet floors in reception rooms. I want an alternative heat source to radiators and am considering either skirting heating or electroplastic polimer underfloor heating. The floors have to come up as the blocks are loose so the latter seems to be worth considering. The blocks are about 1cm thick - the manufacturer (step warmfloor) say this will work. Any advise or experience of either of these products? |
