The volt free contacts control your pump/boiler depending on your wiring configuration.

The boiler/pump feed is wired through the contacts to stop them running when the valve is closed. You may have other valves in the house which control your heating and hot water. If this is the case and you want to control your under floor heating as a separate timed zone you need to wire them in parallel with the contacts on the other valves.

How do you want to control the under floor heating?
