Well thats a new one, the noise that is!
The usual cause of no DHE on your model is failure to sense a demand caused by a failed diaphragm.
It seems in your case that it may be sensing the flow but the plate heat exchanger is blocked doe to dirt in the system.
What are you going to do about it now?
