Anyone know the best way to remove flaking / crazed emulsion paint from plastered walls? |

very hard that one probally caused by painting onto new plaster without watering the paint down etc?
I find you cant really get it off easy or i have never needed to get it all of. So what i do is get some rough sand paper 60/40 grit rub it down and skim over it with easy fill filler very easy to sand and a fine finnish. |
