HI im new here so forgive me if i mess it up a bit the thing is that there is water coming out of my overflow pipe at the back of my house i have a pressure system and only the one tank in the loft any ideas where the water may be coming from i am in work at the moment the wife is at home i asked her to go up and listen to the tank in the loft to hear if the water was coming from it but she said she could hear nothing help please .

u need to go up in the loft and have a look

u'll have a tank for summit in the loft and the most probable problem will be the ball valve has gone and u need to go and buy a new one
