dis- used radiator
Hi, please could some one advise on removing a small kitchen radiator so an appliance can fit in. Concrete flooring throughout downstairs but I think this rad may supply others? When rad taken off do I need to link the two pipes together so flow ok, or how do I find out if def linked to another rad? Any help appreciated

Thanks for that, as the floor in kitchen gets warm underfoot you can almost feel the pipes that are warm running into dining room rad. I thought they were all connected? So its ok to trim pipes and cap off, wont interfere with any other rads?

DO NOT cut the pipes until you have drained off the water from the heating system, you will find a drain valve on a downstairs radiator somewhere, turn off your stop tap, put a hosepipe on the end of the valve and open, drain untill all water has gone.
