renault kangoo 1.9d cylinder head torque settings

Hi.
Does anybody know the cylinder head torque settings for a renault kangoo 655 1.9d.
Engine is a f8q, year 2000.
Got this van the other day and found an oil leak, among loads of other problems, from what appears to be the rear of the head.
Has had a recon one fitted which is fairley recent, so i think it needs doing again.
Other problem i have is play in the steering wheel. Looks like the universal joint is badly worn , between the steering column and the rack, which is manual.
Is this joint a replacable part or do i need another column ?.
Any help appreciated.
