No hot water unless CH is on.

Have just replaced cold water storage tank and hot water cylinder. When CH is on radiators are hot and I have hot water. When HW is on nothing happens. Any ideas where I have gone wrong ? I replaced everything because I needed to move the position due to new bathroom and everything did work fine untill I messed with it!

Did you move the three way valve, plumbwise or electrically.

No, it was not moved. Possibly I have added too many elbows in my new pipe work ? could it be that simple?

If everything worked fine then it's probably something U've done. Can U put a pic on here? I'm guessing that it's an airlock. Does any of the pipes rise to the new position? A pic would be helpfull.

Thanks you were right is was an air lock. All OK now - WHAT A RELIEF!!!
