I have recently had my bathroom re fitted. i have kept the existing show which is a Mira 415 fitted to a combi boiler. before i had the bathroom re fitted the shower was working fine and now I find since he has re sited it (only 6 inches for the original spot) I cannot regulate the shower as I used to. Now it is either too hot or freezing. it also takes ages now to fire up and I end up having to turn the heating system on to get it warm.
The water pressure is fine and I have the boiler set between 1.00 and 1.5 bar as reccommended.I have spoken to the plumber who sorted the bathroom but all he suggested is that I turn down the hot water valve supply whilst leavingbthe cold one fully on.
I have tried this but there has been very little if no change.
What can I do?

Sounds like he has reconected the hot and cold supplies wrongly, check that the hot supply is connected to the left side of the shower when viewing from the front of the shower controls
