In the switch itself I have conneftions L1, L2 and Com.

Lets call supply Live (R1) Negative (B1). Wires from light R2 B2. I know to sleeve the earth and where the earth goes.

Please, what wires go where?

Connect the feed live (R1) to com, and the load live (R2) to L1 (these can be the other way round if you want, doens't really matter)

Join both neutrals together in a piece of choc block in the back of the switch
