Hi I am looking for any advice available please. My Granddaughter has eczema and has to be coated in an emollient cream. My daughter has now been told that this is the probable cause of her washing machine needed regular maintenance and also that it will cause damage to the bearings.

Is there any care regime that we can try and aso any advice as to which machines may be more tolerant? I understand that the cream may be damaging the rubber seal - but nto sure.

Many thanks in advance.
