where can i draw power from to fit 2 wall lights in the lounge and how should they be ?

screwed to the wall is often good for wall lights.

I suggest you plug them in.

but i do not feel you are compitent to undertake this poject, some things are for the diy person some are not, in my opinion this one is not for you (other than plugging them in which can be good if you change your mind)
