Hi all,

Moving house soon (VERY soon) not moving far so will move everything ourselves rather than hire a removal firm. I have the use of a van but the fridge freezer wont fit in it upright so we'll have to lie it down. My question is, does it then need to stand upright again for so long before plugging it back in?

Thanks

lay it on its side to transport (remove all shelves too)

once in place rock it gently, then leave overnight.

should be ok to start up in the morning.

Thanks,

What hapens if it isnt left and just plugged straigt in after being transported on its side?
