sky tv problems

can anybody please tell me how to change the settings on my sky box, the local stations are all local wales, i need them to be local north west.

I would try asking Sky customer services if its not in any documentation, although you may well get a reply on here

I may be a little late in answering but here goes.
The local BBC and ITV programmes tuned in automatically by your box are a feature of the viewing card you are using. Ie if you register the card at a london address you will get london local stations and if you are in the north east then you get north east local stations.
You can use the "other channel" option to tune in to a different local channel.Details of how to do this are all over the web...
If you are not using ANY card then the box will default to London settings.
