Inside glass to built-in oven has come loose and needs to be glued back together...problem is everything I've tried eventually gives and the glass drops again!
Can't use oven without it and all it needs is to be glued back into place...and stay there! Otherwise will have to replace door or whole oven which will be a pain.
Anyone got any ideas what I could use?
Help'd be greatly appreciated |

When I worked for Indesit, had to glue quite a lot of door glass in.
Clean the old stuff off and make sure the glue area is clean and dry.
Run a fairly thick bead of high temperature silicone around the frame. Put the glass in place then put a weight on top of the glass. Leave it for 24 hours, it'll set fine then and will last for ages.
Without the weight and letting it dry it won't last long. |
