Machine has small leak and is very noisy, has been diagnosed with faulty drum bearings by local engineer who also says this is common Hotpoint fault.
Vendor denies this, but has agreed to re-imburse costs of repair. Is there any solid data on this, as deeply disappointed with vendor's attitude and would like to prove a point.
