RE: Desperate for help

I have a Halstead Quattro gold which will not ignite at all and as such we now have no heating or hat water.
I have had ongoing problems with the boiler including overheating every time it is used.
The fan and pump are working ok
Please could someone help

Fan and pump both have to be sensed as ok before ignition, so several things to check there.
Overheating could be many things; sensors, lack of circulation due to blockage or poor pump, burning too much gas.
The two may or may not be related - and not necessarily trivial to diagnose even when with the boiler, the manual and test kit.
