Hoover washing machine error codes

Could someone tell me the error codes for a Six Sporswear 1300 AI 130 washing machine.I,m getting error code 3 at the moment.

Obviously theres a blockage somewhere.

I've checked the filter and the outlet pipe and they don,t seem blocked.Is there anything else i could try.Could it be a faulty programmer (had it replaced twice).

I've dismantled the washing machine.Cleaned the pump filter.Cleaned the water inlet filters.Cleaned all the pipes to the pump.Cleaned the water outlet waste pipe.Checked the pump is working.Intially the machine worked but now comes up with the same error.
Checked the internet just in case the pump could be faulty in some way but can't find one.
Anybody got suggestions as to why i'm still getting this error.
