I have a Bosch Washing Machine WFF1201 which is now over 5 years old. After starting it seems to get stuck on the water fill in cycle and does not seem to wash. Manual turning allows spin, but wash cycle does not complete automatically. I have cleaned the dispenser tray, and noticed that water also fills through the pre-wash compartment, on the normal wash programme. Can anyone suggest what might be going wrong?
