Hi,

I want to disconnect my under-sink water heater. It's plumbed in with these connectors on the inlet & outlet. They look like they're supposed to be easy-fit connectors but I can't figure out out to disconnect them. Can someone please try to explain how it's done?

Thanks
James

You need to figure out how to post a pic first.

Does it look anything like this?

Push the grey ring towards the white fitting and the copper will pull out. Sometimes they need a tap with say an adjustable spanner set just wide enough to slip down the pipe.

Thanks for the help. I'll give it a try.
