I have no idea what this is so hopefully someone can shed some light on it? Everytime we flush the toilet theres a noise coming from the pipes as the systern refills. If at the same time you turn a tap on then the noise goes away but then when you turn the tap off noise reappears untill the systern is full. The toilet is upstairs if that helps?

yes we are mains fed and yes the pressure has always been low and yes we do have a service tap so i,ll try that. and let you know. ThanksFluffster said:
