Either the pressure is too high, over 3 Bar, or the pressure relief valve is leaking.
If its leaking then the obvious solution would be to replace it.
Its probably the thin end of the wedge and the system may be dirty and will need to be cleaned if the job is to be done properly.

Could be your expansion vessel needs pressurising. If there is insufficient pressure in it, there is nowhere for the hot water to expand. Pressure builds up and releases out of the overflow. Then the water cools down and your system pressure falls. You top it up again and the cycle repeats itself.
