hi all firstly could anyone recomend a good keylogger software package, secondly how do i stop my AVG free edition recognising it as a trojan horse?

1 : Why would you want a keylogger ? Do you know what it does ? It logs the keystrokes typed by the user. If you are asking in here for one, then you quite clearly should not be using said program, and chances are like so many people before you, you will end up infecting yourself with more than a keylogger.
2 : The a/v companies made them detectable through heuristics and good for them. Keeps people from installing them on unsuspecting users. Once again the fact you can't get it past the anti virus tells me that you are new at this type of thing.
You will not get any help on here regarding those types of script kiddie packages.
