When wall tiles butt up to floors, door frames and ceilings is it o.k. to grout those joints or should they be finished with a flexible frame sealant or similar product? Cheers

Use grout at all joints apart from when you're talking about a wet room or an area where you're having a shower. No need for silicone unless it's got water running on it.

I always use flex on them joints an Im a Pro guy ........Council Building Control say the same .....btw its nothing to do with a wet area its EXPANSION joint for movement , All corners/ floors an ceilings flex 5mm building control
