Surely you are probably going to need to buy posts with the lugs already cast-in, or go ti steel posts with ligs welded on.

im guessing theyre for a driveway then. It all depends on the weight of them really. You can drill through concrete posts and bolt the lugs through. Youll need to do it carfully with an sds drill and do it from both sides to aviod break out.
