Replacing Single Ceiling Light with Spots

i was just reading through some of the old threads to see what advice people have given back then, and comparing them to new threads, to see how part p has effected advice.. are you satisfied.? will no longer comment on old threads, especially if the "enjoyment police" (i.e you two) are getting frustrated my most humble appologies and if i have offended any one out their whith my roguish and somewhat un-proffesional behavior i sincerely am sorry
