Urgent help needed. Problem with 2 radiators in next door rooms. The radiators are back to back and I can't turn them off. I've tried the obvious - actually turning the rads off, lowering the thermostat on the wall to zero, even turning the heating and hot water system OFF throughout the house but to no avail. They're still bubbling away merrily. Any suggestions please?
