I am running a circuit outside for garden lighting and have a trench 450mm depth. The gardeners want to run there water pipes to supply a couple of taps in the same trench. Is this ok?

You might be better asking the plumbing forum if it deep enough, as far as the electrics go I don't see there being a problem. Is the garden lighting a pre-assebled modular kit put together with plug/socket connections?
