I am fitting 2 showers to my house both of which will be fed from cold water header tank and the hot water tank. currently the pressure is pants to say the least, when just one of the showers is in use, so i am looking at fitting a pump that will do both from the one unit.

I am looking at a 3 bar pump that will do 2 showers, is there a maximum bar pressure limit?

is bigger better?

What pumps are the recommended ones for the task?

3 Bar is normally the maximum used as otherwise you could have water jets which could cut delicate skin!

Most people are happy with 2 Bar which are cheaper and quieter.

I would fit one per shower as otherwise there would be a pressure reduction if a second shower was operated. Also gives redundancy!
