Hi there

I have a relatively old electric shower. I sometimes get a low pressure in my flat and the shower stops working and says it has no power.

My questions are
1) What is likely to be causing the low pressure in my flat and who do I call out to fix it?
2) Are there electric showers out there that can deal with low pressure?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards

George

If it's a conversion flat it's a very common problem. Often all the flats get their water off one 15mm pipe which rises up through the building. In the worst cases the top floor of three gets no water at all if the lower two have taps open. Could that be happening to you?

very probably. 1930's house converted into 4 flats, we are on top floor.

Any suggestions?
