camray 5 Won't fire up

Hi everyone ,
I have a camray 5 oil boiler,that just want's to play up every winter,it has been serviced 6 months ago,but now with all the power on from the supply,the power light on the panel goes off,if you turn the thermostat dial to off the power light comes on, it just can't ignite when it should (could it be somekind of earth fault) it used to work fine but just stopped.
Any help would be grate Thank You

Not much relevance.

It could be one of 6 things. you will need to get some help.

I have spoken to an engineer who can't understand how the thermostat being turn on can cut out the power in the boiler,so i will keep trying engineers till someone can diagnose the problem

Have you considered that any engineers you telephone may not want to give a FREE telephone diagnosis?

Your NHS doctor is likely to say exactly the same thing " come and see me!!! "
