Hi there,

I have an old fashioned (large square steel type) boiler flue to the rear of my house, as I am building an extension I need to reroute it, is this possible. I';ve been told i would need to move the boiler, any advice?

Cheers m8. When i move it is this when the boiler decides not to work properly again? I think a new boiler is in the horizon

Well depending on age and condition that is a decision you have to make but if it is in a safe condition there is no reason why it can't carry on working effectively after being moved.

dont forget not to damage anythingwhen you take it out as you can bet you wont be able to get replacement flue parts

also did we all sort out the part l question on moving boilers? would it be classed as a new install and would GNS need to be adhered to
