Hello All,

I am about to change my current, aging Baxi BBU with a new condensing combi boiler. I am torn between these two. Anyone had any experiences with either? Good/bad reports? Suggestions?

Many thanks, Jim

Don't need a storage combi but I want to get the best one out of the 2. It's only £100 difference between them so cost is irrelevant.

TIA

how many bathrooms\showers will it be serving?

If you have enough water coming in go for the Highflow.

Having said that the condense lifter is a single point of failure, and the flueing arrangements are even more limited than the 40CDi. Can't use plume diversion with 440, for instance, it's an older design and incompatible.
