another Neff query

I have just bought a Neff built in oven and appear to have fallen at the first hurdle, Having unpacked it it appears the back panel needs a special screw driver to access the wiring contacts, Any Ideas anybody.

Thanks for your prompt reply I will take a photo tomorrow and post on site, I forgot to mention the Oven is a B1644

Photo not very successful flash bounces back off shiny surface and without flash not enough detail. The screw heads look like a rivet head with a sort of star shape inset. I'm sure a tool is available but the instruction booklet says it must be installed by a "Approved Specialist" so I have a feeling I may be stumped!!

Neff appliances need Torx screwdrivers , cant tell you the size but rprobably a No 10 or 20. Easiest to buy a few of the 1/4 hex bits and a driver to take them, you will need then for the front trim as well and also to fit doors to integrated Dishwasher if you have one.
