Having stripped and edged the most reluctant of gold paint off most of the hardwood floor, there were still some patches in the middla and also around the edges which neither the big sander nor the edger could remove. The solution was to hire a belt sander (which HSS DON\\\'T hire, apparently!).
However, there were still some patches around the edges and corners, which sandpaper (or even those little triangular \\\'Mouse\\\'sanders) just couldn\\\'t budge.
Any one got any ideas? Paint stipper? |

When you hire a belt-sander, ask for the edge sander also, that'll do the trick. __________________ You buy quality, we'll advise. You buy rubbish, we won't!
