I was about to replace a Gainsborough electric shower, which has a push-fit inlet, with a Triton (not bought yet). Does anyone know whether Triton electric showers are generally compression-fit on the inlet or do they do they do any push-fit ones? The Triton instruction manuals I have seen all seem to indicate that I should not use push-fit. Is there an inherent problem with push-fit? Although Gainsborough showers are pretty unreliable I have never had any problems with the inlet.
