Any advice would be most welcome. Machine wont go into fast spin, have checked motor, brushes etc.

Is the drum revolving at all when it should be spinning?
If it is, try a new belt.

No movement at all is a strange one. PCB and/or motor problems I would think. Check the wiring at the motor plug.
