The outlet (from the P-trap) of our newly delivered WC is circular but with 2 sharp (2-3mm high/2-3mmm wide) horizontal ridges all the way along the outside (one on the left, one on the right).
As far as I can tell, the ridges will prevent a normal connector from sealing (there will be small gaps at the sides of each ridge as the rubber won't mould into the sharp corners).
Any suggestions how best to deal with this?
