Machine wont drain

Hi,

Need help, have built in appliance dont remember the make thats doing 2 things, 1st is that it doesn't spin properly so washing is soaking when finished and sometimes when putting it on a wash cycle water leaks from the top drawer and out from the doors.
Have checked hoses and filter all seem ok.
Any help would be appreciated.

is the pump working !!!!!!

often crud can get past the filter and block the pump and stop it working
unplug the machine remove the back look fot the pump on the bottom conected between the drum and the outlet hose

often theres an external fan for cooling on the back off the motor try gently turning the fan both ways to try and remove any obstruction

the motor should rotate with virtualy no resistance
