Any ideas - Bosch cycle never ends?

My Bosch "Exclusiv" dishwasher seems to stop 3/4 of the way through the cycle and then sit there indefinitely, with the "time to go" display static.

The contents are nearly clean (just a bit of residue left), and there's no water left inside the d/w, but there's been no drying.

Any thoughts?
