Hi,
I am planning to install solid wooden floor on concrete (10 years old). My question is whether it would be advisable to put an underlay (and glue T&G ) or can I just glue the wood to the floor?. Reg the concrete floor am not sure what type it is (solid or pipes of concrete) as I can see there are ventilation bricks at floor level.
Can anyone help pl.?
thanks |

If planning to use the floating mehtod, yes you do need underlayment and DPM. (Combi products now available which has the DPM included, very handy). __________________ You buy quality, we'll advise. You buy rubbish, we won't!
